Desert Camoflauge Hat

This cake was made for a welcome home party for a soldier who had returned from Afghanistan for a short leave. The patch on the front was made to match his unit patch. The cake was carved and covered with buttercream, then covered with fondant.

Happy Birthday Explosion (smaller scale)

This cake was a smaller version of the big Happy Birthday Explosion cake. Done in buttercream, with hand made chocolates on the side and top of the cake.

"Support Cake" for a Surprise 50th Birthday Party

This cake was made for the surprise birthday party of a woman who was turning 50. The joke was very well received by all! The bra is made from a mixture of gumpaste and chocolate fondant and accented with little molded pink chocolate buttons. The words and accents on the side of the cake are all made of hand molded chocolate. The next picture shows the sides of the cake so you can see the chocolates in better detail. This was a really fun cake!

A better view of all of the hand molded chocolates on the sides of the cake. There are wine bottles, wine glasses, gift boxes, a cork screw and a lot of "50" gold medalions. All of the words on top of the cake are also made of chocolate.

3D Chocolate Martini Glass

This 3D chocolate martini glass is made entirely of white chocolate. It is filled with the "50" gold dusted medalions and the olives on a skewer, they are all made of white chocolate.

Eyeball Cake for New Eye Doctor

This cake was made for the graduation party of a new eye doctor! The eyeball detail was all hand painted using food coloring gels on a fondant covered sphere cake. The Congratulations, Doc sign, pill bottle and tool were all molded from chocolate.

Chocolate Covered Eyeball Pretzel Rods

These molded chocolate covered eyeball pretzel rods were made as party favors for the guests of the new eye doctor. They would also be perfect for a Halloween party!

CTR Cake

This cake was made for a little girls baptism brunch. It has buttercream icing under the fondant and fresh flowers around the bottom. It can also be done with gumpaste flowers or chocolate flowers around the bottom.

Musical Baby Shower Cake

This cake was made for a baby who was coming into the world and taking over his Daddy's music room. So they wanted to have a music theme and have the baby playing Daddy's drum. The drum is made of fondant, the keyboard, guitar and musical notes are all hand made chocolates. This would also make a cute first or second birthday cake.

Rubber Duckie Baby Shower Cake

This baby shower cake was made for a mommy who loved rubber duckies, the whole shower was rubber duckie themed. The big duckie on top was made from Rice Crispy treats, the bubbles were gumballs, and the "BABY" squares and little duckies are all hand made chocolates. This would also be a cute cake for a first or second birthday for a boy or a girl.

Pastel Baby Shower Cake

This baby shower cake is done in buttercream with fondant pannels on the sides, each one decorated to resemble a wrapped gift. There is a hand made chocolate pacifier on the top as well. This can be made without the pacifier for a birthday.

Contemporary Staggered Wedding Cake

This wedding cake was done with staggered tiers, each cake in a different shape, covered in buttercream and fondant with fondant shapes all over and fondant bows on top. The fondant bows are really cute on birthday cakes too.

Relief Society Birthday Cake

This cake was made for my church group, it was the anniversary of the birthday of the Relief Society. There are words written all around the cake that have signifigance to the group. There are hand made ladybug and flower chocolates on top and around the cake. This style of cake could be done for a small wedding or for a large anniversary party.

CTR Cake

This cake was made for a little boy's baptism party. It is done with buttercream under the fondant, and can be done in any color and size.

Graduation Cake

This cake was made for the high school graduation party of a baseball player. It was done in buttercream and the glove is fondant. The ball on top is real, and the cap and tassel are fondant... they came off quickly so that everyone at the party could sign the ball for him as a momento. There are hand made baseball glove chocolates around the outside. This type of cake can be done for any sport.

House Warming BBQ Cake

This cake was made for a couple who had just bought a new house... they had a very good sense of humor and wanted the cake to be funny. So the house is sitting on a real portable BBQ and the charcoals underneath are edible, there is a spatula sticking out from under the right side of the house, and the home owners are roasting marshmallows over their house.
