This cake was made for a 3 year old boy's birthday. It is done in buttercream icing and the track in the shape of the 3 is fondant. The track can be made in the shape of any number. The rocks are chocolate, the 3 cars on the track are actual toy cars, the trophy, checkered flags, and "Cars" logo are all candles.
